If approved before shipment, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy outlined below.

Return Policy

Your happiness with every purchase is our priority. Returns are allowed within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return requests must be initiated within 5–7 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
Products showing signs of wear or alteration will not be eligible for return.
Clear photo or unboxing video evidence must be provided in case of damage or defects.

Please Note

Variations in plating longevity may occur depending on individual usage, care, and skin chemistry. Concerns related to natural wear, environmental exposure, or personal skin reactions are not considered manufacturing defects.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping charges.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund or replacement.
