2.2 The 'Services' carried out by Gem O World include all services offered by Gem O World.
2.3 No additional or separate agreement refers to any separate understanding between Gem O World and the user other than or in addition to the TOS.
2.4 Words like 'You', 'client', 'visitor' and 'user' refer to any person visiting and using the Services.
2.5 The Privacy Policy describes Gem O World's position on collection, use, and maintenance of user information.

Section 02

Services & Warranties

3.1 Gem O World's services include selling its own manufactured jewelry articles by displaying products online and making provisions for safe online purchase.
3.2 Gem O World owns no liability for the content, activity, and purpose of the client's social media accounts. Gem O World has no control or responsibility regarding your social media content.
3.3 It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure observation of the terms and conditions of any contract with a third party.

Section 03

Payments, Refunds & Cancellation

4.1 Prices for products are provided on the product page. Gem O World reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. All references to "price" shall refer to the updated price at any point.
4.2 The pricing page forms part of the TOS.
4.3 Gem O World accepts payments through PayU.
4.4 All refunds are made at the sole discretion of Gem O World.

Section 04

General Terms

5.1 Gem O World reserves the right to revise, amend, or withdraw any provisions of the TOS without prior notice. Such changes come into force as soon as they are posted on the TOS page.
5.2 Gem O World reserves the right to terminate or modify any part of the Services without notice. Users who have paid are entitled to the Service as prescribed at the time of order, or a refund.

Section 05

Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Service of Notice

6.1 All disputes arising from the TOS shall be resolved by independent arbitration first.
6.2 If arbitration fails, the matter may be brought before the court having competent jurisdiction at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
6.3 The TOS shall be governed by the relevant laws of India for the time being in force, along with applicable International Treaties.

Section 06

Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 All material on gemoworld.com — including content, software, images, drawings, and design — is the sole property of Gem O World, protected under Indian copyright law and International Treaties. No user may copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any material without written approval.
7.2 In the event of infringement, Gem O World shall take strict legal action and claim compensation.
7.3 Gem O World reserves all rights not hereby explicitly claimed.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, reprinting, hosting, or any other use of Gem O World's materials without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
